Recognized certification systems

Based on the provisions of the Act no. 309/2009 Coll. as amended (§ 14c, para. 13), the fulfillment of the sustainability criteria for biofuels and bioliquids can be proved by the following voluntary schemes (including validity - DD/MM/YYYY; as of January 2019):

• ISCC International Sustainability and Carbon Certification – validity of the European Commission decision 11/8/2016 – 10/8/2021
• Bonsucro EU (iniciatíva okrúhleho stola pre biopalivá vyrábané z cukrovej trstiny zameraná na Brazíliu) – validity of the European Commission decision 23/3/2017– 22/3/2022
• RTRS EU RED Round Table on Responsible Soy EU RED – validity of the European Commission decision 11/12/2017 – 12/12/2022
• RSB EU RED Roundtable of Sustainable Biofuels EU RED – validity of the European Commission decision 11/8/2016 – 10/8/2021
• 2BSvs – validity of the European Commission decision 28/8/2016 – 27/8/2021
• RED Tractor Farm Assurance Combinable Crops & Sugar Beet Scheme – validity of the European Commission decision 15/12/2017 – 15/12/2022
