Recognized certification systems
Based on the provisions of the Act no. 309/2009 Coll. as amended (§ 14c, para. 13), the fulfillment of the sustainability criteria for biofuels and bioliquids can be proved by the following voluntary schemes (including validity - DD/MM/YYYY; as of January 2019):
- ISCC International Sustainability and Carbon Certification – validity of the European Commission decision 11/8/2016 – 10/8/2021
- Bonsucro EU (iniciatíva okrúhleho stola pre biopalivá vyrábané z cukrovej trstiny zameraná na Brazíliu) – validity of the European Commission decision 23/3/2017– 22/3/2022
