Conclusion of Project Contracts with 3 other Cities within the Call ACC02
The Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic as the Programme Operator of the SK-Climate Programme "Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation", financed by the Financial Mechanisms of the European Economic Area and the Kingdom of Norway in the programming period 2014-2021, would like to inform the public, that on 12 May 2021 will be effective Project Contracts concluded with 3 other Cities from the Reserve List within the Call ACC02 "Action plans for mitigation and adaptation implemented by local authorities in urban areas (CLIMAURBAN)", financed from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism and the State Budget of the Slovak Republic.
The cities of Kosice, Brezno, Sala will be able to implement climate change mitigation and adaptation measures in urban areas, which will contribute to the sustainable quality of life of the city population and the quality of the environment, in reaction to the negative impacts of climate change.
