Announcement for the applicants within the calls for project proposals ACC01, ACC02 and ACC03!
Following the ongoing emergency measures in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Programme Operator of the SK-Climate Programme would like to announce the following important news:
1. The Program Operator will accept solely electronic communication from the Applicant through the e-box established in accordance with Act 305/2013 on e-government intended for communication with public authorities, and through email. (Paper communication through postal service is not necessary until further notice).
(If the Applicant will, or have already received, a request for completion of submitted project proposal in paper form, please note that completion through e-box and at the same time through will be accepted. Besides, documents requested to be delivered on a non-rewritable medium can be send electronically through e-box or email. Furthermore, documents will be accepted in scanned form without the signature or notarial verification – the original versions with signature or notarial verification will be requested to be delivered via postal service after cancellation of the state of emergency. If it is not possible for the Applicant to send a scanned document, please send an unsigned document and explain it in the accompanying email.
2. Each request for completion sent to the Applicant contains contact details for the contact person at the Programme Operator who can be contacted by phone in case of any further questions.
3. It is not necessary to ask for prolongation of deadline for completion of project proposal: due to the circumstances the deadline has been automatically postponed to 31.3.2020 in case of applicants within the calls ACC01/ACC02 (municipalities) and to 14.4.2020 in case of applicants within the call ACC03 (primary/secondary schools).
